On April 21, 2018, the New Thinker Youth Civil Organization (NTYCO) signed an agreement with Gawharshad University to enhance educational opportunities for Afghan youth. Under this agreement, students referred by NTYCO will benefit from special scholarships and discounted tuition fees at Gharjistan University. NTYCO Signed an Agreement with Spinghar University and Hospital for Scholarships and Discounts

On December 3, 2017, the New Thinker Youth Civil Organization (NTYCO) signed a landmark agreement with Spinghar University and Hospital, enhancing opportunities for Afghan youth. This partnership provides significant scholarships and fee discounts for students and medical patients introduced by NTYCO. Spinghar University is offering a 30% discount on the Dentistry program and a 50% discount on both the Medical Technology and Engineering programs. Meanwhile, Spinghar Hospital provides free consultations, substantial discounts on various medical services, and reduced rates for surgeries and hospital stays.

NTYCO and Tolo-e-Aftab University Forge Partnership to Support Afghan Students

On February 12, 2018, the New Thinker Youth Civil Organization (NTYCO) signed a significant agreement with Tolo-e-Aftab University to enhance educational opportunities for Afghan students. Under this agreement, students introduced by NTYCO will benefit from a 60% discount on the standard monthly tuition fee of 5000 AFN, reducing their cost to 2000 AFN. Deserving students will receive an even greater discount of 70%, lowering their fee to 1500 AFN. Additionally, one student from the NTYCO referrals will be granted a full scholarship for the entire academic program if the number of referred students exceeds a specified threshold. This partnership aims to make higher education more accessible and affordable for Afghan youth.
