جشن یک دهه تغییر، چشماندازی برای فردا

سازمان جوانان متفکر نو (NTYCO) با افتخار دهمین سالگرد خود را جشن میگیرد و ما به یک دهه تعهد بیدریغ به حقوق بشر، توانمندسازی جوانان و برابری زنان نگاه میکنیم. از زمان تأسیس ما در ۱۵ مارس ۲۰۱۶ در افغانستان، ما یک جامعه قوی ایجاد کردهایم و برنامههای بیشماری را در سراسر افغانستان و فراتر از آن اجرا کردهایم که همگی با اهداف توسعه پایدار همسو هستند. من، احمد هود رحیاب، به عنوان مدیر عامل، عمیقترین قدردانی خود را به همه اعضا، حامیان، شرکا و کارکنانمان که این سفر را ممکن ساختهاند، ابراز میدارم. برای به اشتراک گذاشتن پیامی الهامبخش، جشن گرفتن نقاط عطف و نگاهی به آیندهای از تأثیر مداوم و تغییر پایدار، در رسانههای اجتماعی و وبسایت ما به ما بپیوندید.
اهداف توسعه پایدار تمرکز اصلی ما هستند. ما آنها را از طریق رویدادهایی مانند کنفرانس ها، سمینارها، کارگاه ها، گفتگوها و گردهمایی ها اجرا می کنیم.
ابتکارات ما
سازمان مدنی جوانان اندیشمند نو (NTYCO) طیف گستردهای از ابتکارات و رویدادها را در افغانستان و خارج از آن اجرا کرده است که هدفشان توانمندسازی جوانان و حمایت از مشارکت زنان در جامعه است. از طریق برنامههای آموزشی، کارگاههای ظرفیتسازی و ابتکار جوانان دولت، NTYCO بسترهایی را برای جوانان، بهویژه جوانان و زنان، فراهم کرده تا مهارتهای رهبری را توسعه دهند، در فرآیندهای مدنی و سیاسی مشارکت کنند و به فرصتهای یادگیری دسترسی یابند.
دولت جوانان
برنامهریزی و مراحل اولیه شبیهسازی دولت جوانان بر اساس نظام جمهوری اسلامی افغانستان در ماه میزان سال ۱۳۹۵ آغاز و به طور رسمی در ماه حوت سال ۱۳۹۵ در کابل، پایتخت افغانستان، با حضور ۱۳۶ جوان فعال از سراسر کشور برگزار شد. این دولت جوانان شامل یک رئیس جمهور منتخب، ۲۵ وزیر، ۵۰ معین وزیر و نمایندگانی از چندین نهاد کلیدی دولتی بود. این برنامه مشارکت گسترده و معنادار جوانان را در فرایند سیاسی تقویت کرد و با استقبال گرم فعالان داخلی و بینالمللی روبرو شد. کسانی که در این شبیهسازی دولت جوانان شرکت کردند، متعاقباً در چشمانداز سیاسی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی کشور مشارکت کردند و در تار و پود سیاسی و اجتماعی این نظام ادغام شدند.
صلح و آشتی
یکی از برنامههای مفید و پربار سازمان جوانان متفکر نو افغانستان، برنامه صلح و وساطت بود که از سال ۲۰۱۶ تا ۲۰۲۱ برگزار شد. این برنامه دهها رویداد را در پایتخت و ولایات افغانستان با حضور صدها جوان، دختران و روشنفکران میزبانی کرد. این برنامهها بر استراتژیهای دستیابی به صلح پایدار، همزیستی مسالمتآمیز، اجتناب از جنگ و نفرت، و برقراری صلح پایدار تمرکز داشتند. شرکتکنندگان در این برنامهها سخنرانیهایی در مورد صلح ایراد کردند، شعر خواندند و از طریق اجراهای مختلف حمایت خود را از صلح و وساطت در افغانستان ابراز داشتند. این برنامهها پوشش گستردهای در رسانههای داخلی و بینالمللی دریافت کردند و توجه عمومی گستردهای را به خود جلب نمودند.
برنامههای بینالمللی
سازمان مردمنهاد جوانان نیو تینکر چندین برنامه اجتماعی، مدنی، آموزشی و فرهنگی را در کشورهایی مانند پاکستان، ازبکستان، روسیه، هند و نپال با مشارکت جوانان از افغانستان و سایر کشورها برگزار کرد. در این برنامهها، جوانان موضوعات مختلفی از جمله اهداف توسعه پایدار، صلح، آموزش، فرهنگ، محیط زیست، تغییرات اقلیمی و حمایت از زنان و دختران افغان را مورد بحث و بررسی قرار دادند و با جوانان افغانستان و سایر کشورها به تبادل نظر پرداختند و در مناظرهها و بحثها شرکت کردند. برنامههای بینالمللی NTYCO به گسترش روابط بین جوانان افغان و سایر کشورها، گسترش دیدگاههای جوانان در مورد مسائل جهانی و تقویت تعامل سازنده بین جوانان کمک کرد.

Our Educational and Skillbuilding Programs
We provide a variety of youth and women's empowerment programs, including educational and skill-building programs, as well as real platforms for participation and engagement in social, political, and civic activities.
Online and In-Person Classes for Afghan Girls
In response to school closures under the Taliban, we provide both online and in-person educational classes for Afghan girls, both within Afghanistan and in neighbouring countries such as Pakistan, Iran, Tajikistan, and Turkey. These classes offer crucial support for those who were left behind.
Keeping Up with School Education
We ensure continuity in school education by providing regular lessons for girls at risk of falling behind. We aim to keep their academic progress steady, despite the disruptions.
Short Courses (Practical Skills & Technology)
We offer short-term courses in practical skills such as computer skills, email writing, letter writing, CV writing, public speaking, English and German languages learning for Afghan girls and youth. These skills will equip them, especially those who missed out on education, and will empower them, offering both confidence and opportunity for a brighter future.
Journalism Workshops for Exiled Journalists
To support Afghan journalists now in exile (in Iran, Pakistan, Tajikistan, and Turkey), we offer short journalism workshops. These sessions help them stay connected to their craft and avoid losing valuable experience.
Youth Leadership and Civic Engagement
NTYCO promotes youth leadership and civic engagement through community initiatives, awareness campaigns, dialogue programs, and social activities focused on peacebuilding, education, gender equality, and human rights. By empowering youth and women to actively participate in society, we aim to strengthen communities, encourage positive social change, and support the voices of Afghan youth both inside Afghanistan and in exile.

The Afghanistan Youth Government
