Education is the Core Focus of NTYCO
NTYCO recognises education as a human right and a tool for empowerment, especially in the Afghan context, where millions of children and youth face barriers to schooling. Despite immense challenges, NTYCO has worked to expand access to education and learning opportunities for Afghan youth, girls, and marginalised groups.
Education has always been at the heart of NTYCO’s vision. In a country where access to education has been systematically denied, especially for girls, NTYCO works to remove barriers, expand opportunities, and defend the right to learn. By investing in education, NTYCO ensures that Afghan youth and girls are equipped with knowledge and empowered to become leaders, advocates, and agents of change.
