New Thinker Youth Civil Organization (NTYCO) Hosted an Interactive Online Workshop for Civil Society and Human Rights Activists

The New Thinker Youth Civil Organization (NTYCO) successfully organized an interactive, dialogue-based online workshop dedicated to civil society and human rights activists, bringing together a large and meaningful Afghan audience from different parts of the world.

The workshop witnessed the active participation of more than 100 civil society activists and human rights defenders from Europe, the United States, Pakistan, Iran, and Afghanistan. The strong engagement and thoughtful contributions of participants made the event both impactful and inspiring.

During the online workshop, participants engaged in open discussions and knowledge-sharing around key topics, including:

• What are human rights?

• Who is a human rights defender?

• What is civil society?

• Who is a civil society activist?

• What are women’s rights?

• Who is a women’s rights activist?

The program provided a valuable platform for dialogue, exchange of perspectives, and sharing of experiences among activists working in the fields of civil society and human rights. The discussions were rich in insight and offered important lessons for all involved.
